Built for the world stage

6th May 2026By Julian West

It’s not every day a London-born agency finds itself shaping the narrative of modern America – but for us, working internationally isn’t new. What’s changing is the scale, the ambition, and the significance of the stages we’re now being invited onto.

Our work has spanned borders for years, but recent appointments mark a clear step forward.

Our role on Sandow Lakes, one of the largest mixed-use developments in the world, places us at the centre of a project defined by long-term impact. This isn’t just another development – it’s a bold rethinking of how industry, nature, infrastructure and community coexist. We were tasked with creating the overarching place brand for Sandow Lakes itself – defining the story, positioning and identity for the entire development.

From that foundation, our role expanded. At its core sits The Switch – a 50 million sq ft advanced manufacturing and logistics ecosystem – where we were subsequently appointed to establish the branding and strategic marketing framework that will shape how it is understood, experienced and invested in for decades to come.

It’s the kind of brief that demands more than creativity. It demands clarity of vision, commercial intelligence, and the ability to translate complexity into something compelling, coherent and ownable. In short, exactly the kind of work we’ve been building towards – and delivering – for some time.

Alongside this, our appointment by Prologis, headquartered in San Francisco, to deliver a worldwide advertising platform reflects a similar trajectory. This is work that stretches across markets, audiences and cultures – defining how one of the most influential companies in the built environment expresses itself at every level.

These milestones reflect a growing appetite among industry leaders for partners who operate with a truly global mindset. Significant US projects demand frameworks that can withstand international scrutiny, which is why our clients are increasingly looking to J2 to bring a world-leading standard to their most vital initiatives.

Taken together, this work signals not a change in direction, but a broadening of scope. We’re continuing to do what we’ve always done – just on bigger, more complex and more visible Stages.

Ultimately, these partnerships validate a philosophy we have long championed. A human-led, AI-enabled approach to brand and marketing – grounded in insight, driven by creativity, and executed with international precision – transcends borders. When you pair a global perspective with visionary partners, the results resonate worldwide.

Same thinking. Bigger canvas.
